Introduction : In introduction instructor provie some basic information about the topic. This information will make the learner  comfortable.
Task: Task is a formal description of what the students will produce in the webquest. The task should be meaningful and fun. Making of tadk is most difficult and creative part of webquest.
Process : In this part students should work on task.  It is frequently profitable to reinforce the written process with some demonstrations.
Resources : The sources students should use include in this part. Providing these helps focus the exercise on processing information rather than just locating it. Though the instructor may search for the online resources as a separate step it will be good to add some link for the learners. Instructor may add video related to the topic select from online. For off-line resource instructor may give related written lectures or story.
Evaluation : The way in which the students performance will be evaluated.  The students should be clear, fair, clear, consistent and specific to the task.
Conclusion : Time set aside for reflection and discussion of possible extensions.
Limitations: Webquest are only one tool in a teachers toolboxes. They are not appropriate to every learning goal. In particular,  they are weak in teaching factual total recall, simple procedures and definitions.  Webquest require good reading skills are not appropriate to the youngest classrooms.
